Kick Start Your MondayWith These Drinks


Mondays can be very busy, when you have to work early and leave sometimes without breakfast. It's really freaks you the thought of a long day. I don't hate Mondays just hate the workload that comes with it. So to kick start my day as early as I want, I start first with these drinks. 

Milk

A glass of skimmed milk will provide with a enough of nutrients to help through your stressful Monday. 

Starting with a glass of juice, it's actually a favourite way to kick start your Monday. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins and minerals you need for a tedious Monday that would have you raking your brain.

Coffee 
    
What other great way to start your Monday mornings other day than coffee. A cup of coffee would calm you nerves down. 


Tea is another drink, that helps you get through the  Monday,kick starting with tea is a wonderful decision. 

Water



Water remains the best sip while you are at work. To spice it up flavour with a slice of lime or orange. A glass of chilled cold water will keep you going.
