The Perfect Sauce To Eat Your Yam With.





      The perfect sauce isn't always the egg sauce or the tomato sauce, they are all good sauce, but there is a need to taste something different.  Straight from my mom's kitchen, she's creative in her cooking.  In my copious time,  I try to learn from her numerous recipes.
Today, she made breakfast with her famous sauce. I feel like sharing.

  Ingredients
Vegetables
Maggai
3 Pieces of yam(your choice).
 Onions
Red peppers

 Palm oil
 Salt .

Steps

1. Wash and slice the vegetables.
2.  Pound the pieces of yam in a mortar.
3. Then slice onions into the yam paste,  and add red peppers, pound together with the yam paste.
4. After you slice the vegetables, cut slices of onions into it and pound separately from the paste .
5. Put the oil on fire, and let it sizzle before you add onions and peppers in a considerable amount, add the vegetables and stir together.
6. Add water in the yam paste, and pour into the sizzling oil.
7. Add Maggi and salt to taste.  Stir again.

Note.. The water added to the paste should a very little quantity don't overdo it.
You can serve with boiled yam or roasted yam.
