Skinny doesn't mean healthy.

We have the worst impression about the Skinny people, especially the Skinny women, the society assumes them eating right and fit.

In the morning when I jog down the street or maybe just walking a far distance for my morning work - out,  I can hear someone who is jogging along side me often say, 'You are skinny, I bet you don't need to exercise'.

Skinny doesn't in  any way mean you are healthy. Some are fat but healthier than the Skinny people. Maybe it is in their genes to be fat and does not mean every one who is fat is obese.

Yeah, some Skinny people can eat a lot and still be slim.  It is in their genes, and them being slim and all that doesn't mean healthy.  Eating junk adds nothing nutritious to you.

So why are you trying to lose weight when you eat the best combinations of food, with lot of protein and less fatty food. You are good to go with a bit of exercise.

I hate that Society thinks Skinny is healthy,  and setting standards for them, as well as making the fat women feel insecure about their weight and try to lose weight.

Skinny people still suffer from heart disease, cancer and health - related diseases.  It is about eating right and not about who looks slim or shapely.
